Detox & Decompress:

1. Take time to decompress. You may have had a long day or even a great day. Making time to review and reflect will help you clarify what you want to do next. Note any areas that went well and areas for improvement.

2. The holiday season brings a host of festivities, stress, food, alcohol, cosmetics, indoor and outdoor pollutants. Choose at least one day per week for a 2-5 minute mask, rinse and reveal a fresh complexion.

3. Drink plenty of water. Cold weather can make us crave warmer drinks. A few extra cups of hot tea or coffee, an additional cocktail, or fizzy drink are the enemy when maintaining healthy hydration.
